KNOWLEDGE – our staff has the experience to help you achieve your fitness goals no matter what they are.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, or get in shape to run a 10k. Maybe you want to put on some muscle, while getting leaner for the summer.

We have helped athletes from the elementary/high school level, all the way to the Olympic and professional level. With over 30 years of experience, Scott Sutherlin fitness has the knowledge you need to help you succeed.

COMMUNITY – If you could do it alone, you wouldn’t be online looking for a gym. We’ve built a community of all ages, and ability levels. All of them working together to make the fitness journey far more enjoyable for everyone.

We run a number of 5k’s and OCR races throughout the year as a team. We have charitable events that we volunteer at together, as well as the best Halloween party you will ever attend!
Working out is only a small part of what the community you will discover here does together.
