Monday – Thursday: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 9:30am
Your key fobs will allow you access to the gym every day from 4:00am to 10pm.
There will be no “official” open gym time. You can lift anytime you want, or need to, the EXCEPTION being no open gym during bootcamp sessions.
Members that need individual help can schedule time with me directly.
You MUST scan your key fob when you enter the gym. Even if you come in with someone else (spouse, child, another member) please take the extra 8 seconds to scan your key fob.
Please do not bring in non-paying members.
FULL MEMBERSHIP: $150/mo.
SPOUSE ADD-ON: $99/mo.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP: $50/mo.
ACCESS ONLY MEMBERSHIP: $49/mo.
This option means you are using the gym on your own.
You will have to pay separately to attend bootcamp classes, or for coaching, nutrition, body composition testing, etc….
STRENGTH SPORTS: $99/mo.
This is only if you’re not attending bootcamp, using the gym for powerlifting/strongman/athletic performance training, and I am coaching you, doing your programming, or handling you at competitions.
This does not include bootcamp. You will have to pay the drop in fee to attend bootcamp sessions.
If I am not coaching you, doing your programming, handling you, or you’re not coming to bootcamp, and you just want to train here, then you just need an Access Only membership.
The $150 FULL MEMBERSHIP includes everything, including strength sports and coaching.
All membership fees must be on an autodraft.
You only need to give (written) notice of cancellation by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
